Workshop: “FMRI”

(in Collaboration with IPM)

In this workshop, we will review the principles of fMRI and its preprocessing, including GLM and statistical analyses using AFNI on the first day. The second day includes group analysis, using afni.proc.py, display in SUMA, practice with FSL, and ROI definition based on the atlas.
